Denami Sketch Challenge #09

It's time for a Denami Sketch Challenge!  I'm cutting it a little close but I got my card done!  I have never entered a card in the sketch challenges before but I always love the inspiration from other cardmakers. This is a fun sketch that I think has so many possibilities!

I think I was channeling Lisa Petrella when I made this card!  I paper pieced a lot.  If you haven't checked out her blog it is worth your time, she is amazing!  It was fun to paper piece the packages with patterned paper from the Abbey Road collection from My Mind's Eye.

I used the Mimi's Shopping Spree stamp for this card.  I love this one because I think it is very versatile.  I inked the edges because I felt it gave the card a finishing touch and then added a little bling,  which I always enjoy!  Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Ooooh, sketches are my favorite and you totally rocked this one! I LOVE the paper piecing...I've not done it myself yet (I think I love my Copics too much- shocking I know!) but I've just got to try it out because it always looks so awesome when I see it on others' projects. Another killer card Lyndsey :) Hugs, Katie
